Video Blogging...& sum mo' ish

I remember posting a blog long ago of a video I did entitled, "Chilling with my Afro." LOL ya'll remember that?( "Chilling w/My Afro" )Well that was my amateur attempt at video blogging. I still really want to start incorporating video blogs (hereon out called "vlogs") in my blog. Once I get this camera, I'll be a vlogging addict..justa fair warning :-)

Next year I will have a lot of new things happening for this blog and I promise (..again) to keep you guys regularly updated.

Look forward to the "My Story Becomes Your Story" series; the "No Lye: Life After Relaxers" series; and my continual random tidbits from time to time. OOOH can't forget about my "Quote Me" posts and I'm bringing back the "Song of the Week" posts.

After this posts, you won't hear (or read) from me again until Jan. 2010 so:

RIP Chris Henry

Police report that Cinncinati Bengals reciever Chris Henry has died this morning, a day after being involved with a domestic dispute with his fiancee, Loleini.

My heart and prayers go out to his family.

Wale has shattered glass ceilings keeping DC rap artist from breaking into mainstream hip hop. I LOVE the poetic, neo-soulistic vibe of Attention Deficit. He collaborated with Marsha Ambrosius (Floetry), Jazmine Sullivan, Chrisette Michele, Pharrell, and Bun B, all the while still breaking through to shine and not be overshadowed by them. I give this album a 9.5/10 easily.
